Required Skills: •Build, recommend and lead Sprouts’ enterprise analytics organization from inception — defining the operating model, structure, and technology stack, with the most senior executives. •Develop and execute the enterprise analytics roadmap to enable data-driven decision-making across all functions. •Lead and influence customer and shopper insights programs to inform strategy around loyalty, spending, traffic, and basket size trends, as well as marketing effectiveness. •Lead store-level and market trade area, site-specific analytics to drive performance optimization and strategy recommendations. •Conduct competitive and marketplace analytics to monitor consumer shifts, category trends, and channel evolution providing clear synthesis of findings. •Integrate and report on macroeconomic data and external indicators into forecasting, planning, and long-range strategic modeling. •Partner with Finance, Merchandising, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing leaders to embed analytics into everyday business decisions. •Champion enterprise data governance and ensure quality, accessibility, and adoption of analytic tools and insights.
