Hiring: Vice President, Corporate FP&A Company: The Nuclear Company Location: Columbia, SC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 12:22:59 Target Skills & Keywords : CFA, Capital Markets, Foundry About the job Experience: •12+ years of progressive FP&A / finance experience, including a senior corporate FP&A leadership role (Head of FP&A, VP FP&A, or equivalent). •Ownership of an enterprise budget, forecast, and long-range plan in a multi-division or multi-entity company, including consolidation across business units. •Proven board / investor reporting - building the materials and narratives senior leadership and boards rely on. •Strong financial modeling and analytics; able to build and own an integrated three-statement corporate model. •Capital-intensive, project / construction, or infrastructure sector experience; and/or services / multi-entity experience. Required Skills: •Corporate planning & consolidation. Own the enterprise budget, forecast, and long-range plan; consolidate the Services and Deployment divisional plans into one integrated corporate model that ties to the balance sheet and cash flow. •Management & board reporting. Own the monthly and quarterly reporting package and business-review cadence; produce board- and investor-ready materials, KPI dashboards, and variance narratives for the CFO and CEO. •Enterprise KPIs & analytics. Define and maintain the enterprise KPI framework; ensure consistent metrics and definitions across divisions so consolidated results are comparable and decision-useful. •Capital allocation & decision support. Support capital-allocation decisions, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and long-range capital planning in partnership with Treasury / IR, Capital Markets, and Commercial & Project Finance (deal economics). •Institutional readiness. Build a scalable FP&A function with the forecasting, guidance, expectations modeling, and reporting cadence needed for the company’s next stage of growth - working with Controllership and External Reporting, and help stand up the systems and processes to get there. •Team & operating model. Lead and develop the corporate FP&A team; build a scalable, tech / AI-enabled planning function with wide spans and few layers. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
