Required Skills: •We are open to candidates based in either one of our US offices located in New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Long Beach or Dallas. •This position will be supporting the Group in capital raising, investor engagement and marketing of the Group as well as its private funds within North America in support of the overall business strategy of the Private Capital Management (“PCM”) team within the Mapletree Group. •Lead and oversee developing and executing strategies to grow the PCM Group's private capital management business in support of the Group's long-term growth objectives. •Lead and support capital raising initiatives, with a focus on marketing, investor engagement, and the management of investor due diligence processes for private real estate funds and capital partnerships across North America. •Identify, originate, and cultivate new investor relationships while expanding and strengthening existing capital partnerships. •Proactively manage relationships with investors, private capital partners, and capital raising intermediaries, while maintaining a deep understanding of investor preferences, allocation strategies, and deployment needs across North America. •Maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely dissemination of market intelligence and investor feedback. •Partner closely with acquisitions, asset management, development, and executive leadership teams to understand investment opportunities, capital requirements, and fundraising priorities. Qualifications: •Degree in Finance / Business / Commerce / Real Estate or its equivalent. •Have a proven track record in fundraising across the North America region, with strong experiences in logistics. •Possess strong marketing, communication and investor relations skills with a foundation in real estate investment and financial analysis. •Proactive, resourceful, independent and innovative team player working in a collaborative fashion with the Group in Singapore. •Travelling is required for the role. •Demonstrated capacity to work 4 days per week in office when not traveling. •The annual base compensation range for this role sits between: $220,000 - $280,000 •Interested applicants, please submit your resume by clicking APPLY NOW. •(We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
