Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree. •Verifiable history of personally securing multi-million dollar federal contract wins, with clear emphasis on successful 8(a) awards. •Knowledge of the FAR and SBA 8(a) program regulations including sole-sourced direct awards. •Active, established network of federal customer and industry professionals. •Demonstrated capacity to independently identify and drive opportunities leading to revenue generating wins. •Existing pipeline of actionable federal opportunities. •Demonstrated success growing an 8(a), small business, or joint venture portfolio. •Federal program or contract operations experience.
