Qualifications: •Knowledge of vertical construction concepts, methods, and practices applicable to estimating, preconstruction and execution. •Strong knowledge of construction estimating methods, quantity takeoffs, labor/material analysis, and cost modeling techniques. •Knowledge of federal construction requirements and compliance. •Advanced ability to use Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and laptop-based applications; ability to maintain and utilize estimating software. •Demonstrated capacity to understand schedules, interpret project constraints, and collaborate with PMs during preconstruction and post-award phases. •Understanding of construction, architectural, and building industry standards, specifications, and procedures. •Demonstrated capacity to read, interpret, and apply contract documents, RFP packages, drawings, plans, and technical specifications for estimating purposes. •Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, revenue models, cost-to-completion concepts, and project financial forecasting. •Knowledge of procurement rules, vendor sourcing, subcontractor quote evaluation, and related regulatory requirements. •Strong analytical ability; able to evaluate data, compare alternatives, identify risks, and support strategic pricing decisions.
