Required Skills: •What You Will Be Doing •, you will play a critical role in supporting The Facilities Group's nationwide network of Independent Service Providers (ISPs) by ensuring vendors meet established onboarding, compliance, insurance, and contractual requirements. •Serve as a key liaison between vendors, operations teams, insurance brokers, and internal stakeholders, helping to maintain accurate records, reduce organizational risk, and drive operational efficiency. •Through process management, compliance monitoring, reporting, and relationship coordination, you will help ensure our vendor network remains qualified, compliant, and prepared to deliver best-in-class service. Qualifications: •Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Risk Management, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered. •Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in vendor management, compliance, contract administration, onboarding, insurance verification, risk management, or a related administrative field preferred. •Knowledge of vendor onboarding, third-party risk management, insurance compliance, or facilities services operations is highly preferred. •In-depth knowledge of administrative processes, records management, and document control practices. •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate risks, and recommend solutions. •Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documentation and maintaining records. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing business demands in a fast-paced environment. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with vendors, internal stakeholders, and external partners. •Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
