This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented group of individuals committed to driving success. •The VDI Engineer serves as a key technical interface with government stakeholders and program teams, ensuring the technical integrity of virtualized solutions and successful integration into ongoing DIA operations. •Analyze user requirements, CONOPS documents, and high-level system architectures to develop virtual system requirements specifications •Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities for VDI and virtualized environments •Guide users in requirements formulation, recommend alternative technical approaches, and conduct feasibility studies •Provide technical leadership for the integration of virtualization requirements, system design, and enabling technologies •Incorporate new virtual system designs and capabilities into existing operational environments •Develop and maintain virtual system architecture and system design documentation Qualifications: •IAT II-level certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE) •Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA-V) •Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or equivalent industry certification •Must be compliant with DoD 8140 certification and training requirements •Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen.
