The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our VDI and MDM environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. •Key Responsibilities •VDI Administration: •Design, deploy, and maintain VDI solutions using technologies such as Amazon WorkSpaces, Citrix, and Azure Virtual Desktop to ensure reliable and scalable virtual desktop environments. •Monitor VDI performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system resources for user efficiency. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement VDI projects and enhancements. •Manage user profiles, application delivery, and access controls within the VDI environment. •MDM Administration: •Implement and manage MDM solutions, specifically Microsoft Intune, to secure, monitor, and manage mobile devices. •Configure policies, profiles, and applications within Microsoft Intune to ensure compliance and security across devices. •Support the enrollment of devices and provide technical support for end-users. •Monitor device compliance and address security threats or vulnerabilities. •Documentation and Reporting: •Maintain documentation for VDI and MDM processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. •Prepare regular reports on system performance, trends, and security compliance. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. •Proven experience as a VDI and MDM Administrator or similar role. •Strong knowledge of VDI technologies, including Amazon WorkSpaces, Citrix, and Azure Virtual Desktop, as well as MDM solutions, particularly Microsoft Intune and Azure. •Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to virtual desktops and mobile devices. •Familiarity with managing network infrastructure, security protocols, and compliance standards. •Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. •Preferred Qualifications •Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Citrix Certified Professional, Microsoft Azure/Intune). •Experience with cloud-based VDI solutions and mobile device management platforms. •Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation of tasks.
