Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or equivalent AEC industry experience. •Minimum of 2 years of experience with BIM execution and supporting VDC planning and implementation at the project level. •Operational familiarity with laser scanning, including planning, data processing, and deliverable creation. •Part 107 certification preferred; experience using drones and associated software to support project documentation. •Operational familiarity with programming tools such as Dynamo or Python. •Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
