Preparation includes stripping, scuffing, sanding, masking, and priming surfaces, hardware, and windows. •Tools: Use appropriate tools, such as hand and power tools, scraper, sandpaper, steel wool, or chemicals. •Application: Apply paint, varnish, stain, gel coat, enamel, and lacquer, as appropriate, ensuring a smooth and even application. •Quality Control: Inspect finished product for defects and ensure compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction. •Other: All duties as assigned. Qualifications: •Experience: Minimum three (3) years of painting experience, preferably in boat building or repairs. •Demonstrated capacity to lift 50 pounds and be on your feet for a prolonged period. •Certifications: Woodworking course preferred.
