Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Management, or related field. •Strong knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis. •Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality, scrap, cost, or efficiency. •Strong leadership, change management, analytical, and communication skills; Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred.
