Required Skills: •Build and maintain assigned prototypes. •Demonstrated capacity to make field modifications to prototypes independently or through instructions from design engineering groups. •Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and CAN‑BUS systems during field operations and testing activities. •Report accurate test observations, results, part failures, performance data, functional and reliability issues, and recommend/implement improvements through the AGCO Validation Tool. •Partner cross-functionally with farmers, dealers, field teams, and engineering to validate machine performance, address safety concerns, and share industry insights.
