Hiring: VA Authorizations Manager Company: Cornerstone Caregiving Location: United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 11:57:02 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Medicaid, Medicare About the job Required Skills: •This role is highly detail-oriented and data-driven, with a primary focus on accurate data entry, reviewing VA authorizations and VA payor-specific guidelines, building and maintaining Veteran client profiles within the company’s client management system, and maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and other program documentation. •Review client authorizations, service requirements, eligibility information, and VA payor-specific guidelines to ensure accurate and compliant client setup. •Enter, verify, and maintain Veteran client and program information accurately and efficiently within the company’s client management system (AxisCare). •Maintain accurate records, documentation, spreadsheets, databases, and program files. •Monitor information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency and identify discrepancies requiring resolution. •Prepare, update, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports to support VA program operations and management decision-making. •Conduct program audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. •Assist with billing-related processes and coordination as needed.
