Required Skills: •Define and drive the end-to-end HMI/UX validation strategy, establishing quality standards for display logic, control flows, and user experience across the platform. •Build and scale automated UI testing infrastructure, including test harnesses, simulators, visual regression frameworks, and CI/CD integration to enable efficient validation from HIL to full-vehicle testing. •Lead cross-functional efforts to debug complex UI and system issues, partner with TPM and validation teams on feature test plans, and mentor a high-performing test engineering team. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field •Proven experience owning a validation domain, defining test strategy, methodology, and automation infrastructure from the ground up. •Strong background in automated UI testing and validation, including frameworks such as Appium and end-to-end test planning from requirements through release sign-off. •Deep expertise in Android Automotive OS (AAOS) or QNX. •Visual regression tools (e.g., Applitools, Percy). •Modern CI/CD tooling (e.g., Buildkite, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). •Don’t meet every single requirement?
