Qualifications: •Must be able to read and write English legibly. •Possess good verbal and written communication skills, as well as good organizational skills. •Be physically able bodied and a safe and careful worker. •Have basic computer knowledge for example MS Office Suite and Office 365. •Have basic knowledge of the construction industry or construction warehouse and/or obtained (recognized education program) four-year vocational school diploma. •Demonstrated capacity to progress to 1st class Depot - Utility Worker as set forth by the department’s progression guidelines. •Possess and maintain a valid unrestricted Class B CDL or higher driver’s license. •Participate in and continually pass the DOT drug and alcohol testing program. •Obtain and retain any license or certificate required for this classification. •Work under adverse weather conditions during emergencies.
