Protect cable and network infrastructure from damage due to faulty locations. •Accesses and processes tickets through company systems. Uses various software to perform additional tasks involved with the daily operations of Cable Protection Operations. •Updates site records, enter appropriate detailed log information on trouble tickets for reference and provides reports to others on status updates and issues related to assignment. •What We Look For In a Candidate •Must be knowledgeable in the efficient operation of test equipment to verify cable faults.
