Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent. •Strong written and verbal communication skills for client correspondence and internal coordination. •Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. •Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office software or similar systems. •Previous experience working as a dispatcher within the utilities sector. •Proven experience or knowledge of the utility industry and its operational protocols is beneficial, but not necessary. •Advanced skills in documentation and record-keeping software.
