Hiring: Utility Helper Company: LS Cable & System USA Location: Tarboro, NC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:01:56 Employment Type: Contract About the job Required Skills: •Load, unload, and store compound. •Retrieve raw materials and assist in loading them as the process requires. •Movement of materials using elevator and material movement equipment. •Off load on appropriate floor •Pull compound by checking approved batch list and follow procedures as indicated. •Assist in maintaining a clean work area (general housekeeping). •Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor. •Must be able to move about freely in a heavy industrial environment. Qualifications: •Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment. •High school education or the equivalent. •Responsible for material movement in the CCV tower and ensuring the manufacturing of a quality product as efficiently as possible. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the movement of compounds from the receiving area to the machine, assisting the operator & helper with operations of equipment.
