Required Skills: •How You’ll Help Move Us Forward •Serve as a Manager of UAM for the IAM department. •Managerial oversight to analysts who grant and/or revoke user access to specific Pacific Life applications, systems, data and infrastructure based on individual user roles, permissions, and requirements. •Ensure analysts are complying with and enforcing Pacific Life’s internal security control policies and standards as they relate to access to resources, applications, systems, data and infrastructure in order to protect resources and sensitive information from cyber threats and to meet regulatory requirements. •Provide regular mentorship and guidance to UAM analysts to provide ongoing feedback and areas for opportunities pertaining to work performance while working in a rapidly agile environment. •Identify areas of improvement and proposals for the development of new automation of user access management using tools and technologies to streamline granting and revoking access to resources. •First point of contact to monitor Pacific Life’s compliance with Enterprise Information and Security Policy and Access Management Standard by performing regular audits of user access management activities. •Implement corrective actions to overcome any identified IT Security Access and Control Policy compliance errors and deficiencies.
