This is complimented by experience across the product lifecycle, from user needs and task analysis to validation and post-market follow-up. Required Skills: •Defining usability activities across all development phases in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including UX designers, clinical specialists, product managers, researchers, and system engineers. •Conducting user research, task analysis, and developing use scenarios. •Providing usability input to the design of user-centered and safe-to-use solutions. •Leading usability FMEA activities. •Planning, executing, and reporting usability evaluations and ensuring critical findings are addressed. •Conducting summative evaluations and creating the usability engineering file in compliance with FDA guidance and IEC 62366-1. •Analyzing post-market and telemetry data to identify usability issues. •You're The Right Fit If Qualifications: •You have a bachelor's or master's degree in human factors engineering, human-computer interaction (HCI), cognitive science, product or interaction design or similar discipline.
