Required Skills: •Lead delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and system objectives. •Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, efficient code across multiple programming languages, supporting full software lifecycle and CI/CD processes. •Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance software capabilities and development efficiency. •Participate in solution design, conduct code reviews, and apply best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. •Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics. •Monitor application performance, manage defects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. •Mentor peers and promote engineering excellence through knowledge sharing and innovation. Qualifications: •Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices. •Strong technical acumen with experience in code review, debugging, and continuous development. •Demonstrated ability to deliver scoped features or models through iterative and incremental development. •Proficiency in software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, automated testing, and observability. •Demonstrated capacity to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software aligned with platform and business goals. •Effective collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams. •Commitment to technical ownership, quality standards, and continuous improvement. •Also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.
