Required Skills: •Serve as a trusted partner to the Desk Head, driving the desk’s highest-priority initiatives and ensuring alignment across trading, technology, risk, and business support teams. •Lead or contribute to high-priority projects such as product expansions, business planning cycles, and operational improvement programs. •Own goal tracking and milestones, ensuring communication processes are completed as goals are achieved or priorities shift. •Build and apply substantive knowledge of market structure, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to shape the desk’s strategic priorities. •Own the operating rhythm of the desk — meetings, goal tracking, and cross-functional workstreams — and continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and scalability. •Represent desk leadership within and outside of the team through high-quality communication. Compensation: •$240,000 - $275,000 / year •The Base Salary range for the role is included below. Base salary is only one component of total compensation; all full-time, permanent positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, including paid leave and insurance.
