Hiring: [US Citizen] IR (Investor Relations Specialist/Manager) Company: Xingyun Group Location: Manhattan, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:30:11 Target Skills & Keywords : Capital Markets About the job Experience: •2-3 years of relevant work experience in investor relations, investment banking, securities firm research, or the capital department of a listed company, familiar with the operation logic of the capital market •3 years of relevant work experience in investor relations, investment banking, securities firm research, or the capital department of a listed company, familiar with the operation logic of the capital market Required Skills: •Capital Market Communication & Information Disclosure Support •Partner cross-functionally with the Corporate Secretary’s Office to participate in the capital market communication for the company’s major announcements (e.g., financial reports, financing, strategic partnerships, equity changes), ensuring information is transmitted accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulatory requirements •Assist in sorting out key investor concerns, establish unified investor communication guidelines, and avoid information discrepancies •Track capital market dynamics (e.g., industry policies, competitors’ capital movements, changes in investor preferences), and regularly issue concise analysis reports to provide references for management decision-making. •Be responsible for daily investor communications: respond to research needs from institutional investors and analysts, and organize one-on-one communications, conference calls, etc. •Assist in preparing investor communication materials, including financial report interpretation PPTs, investor Q&A handbooks, and executive speech scripts (for investor-facing sessions) •Maintain an investor database, regularly update investor information, record key communication points, and analyze trends in investor concerns. •Investor Event & Conference Support Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or above, with priority given to majors such as Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, and Communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience •Understanding of U.S./China capital market regulatory rules (e.g., SEC disclosure requirements, A-share information disclosure guidelines), with priority given to candidates with IR experience in U.S.-listed or Hong Kong-listed companies •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, capable of independently drafting investor communication materials (e.g., Q&A, earnings call scripts) •Meticulous and rigorous, with strong compliance awareness, able to work under the pace of peak periods of capital market activities •Good cross-departmental coordination skills, capable of efficiently collaborating with teams such as finance, legal, and the Corporate Secretary’s Office.
