Required Skills: •Oversee and coordinate fire contents cleaning, contents restoration, and related mitigation projects across four locations. •Assign projects to Lead Technicians and oversee their progress to ensure timely, efficient completion. •Monitor project performance, workflow, quality, and productivity. •Mentor, train, and manage all active employees within the Contents Department. •Provide leadership and support to Lead Technicians and field personnel. •Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and profitability. •Work closely with the Director of Operations and Management Team to address operational challenges and opportunities. •Help ensure accurate documentation, estimating, and project records. Qualifications: •Strong knowledge of contents restoration, fire damage, and mitigation processes. •Proficiency with Xactimate required; Symbility experience is a plus. •Strong computer and organizational skills. •Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
