Required Skills: •Distribution Campus based support for Distribution Centers using Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System (WMS). •Direct, Retail, Wholesale and OMNI systems support. •Demonstrated capacity to identify issues and work with team to resolve issues. •Researching and troubleshooting procedure and software related issues. •Strong communication skills need to be able to track issues and escalate when needed. •Systems include but are not limited to: Warehouse Management System (WMS- AS400), Labor Management (LM), AL Systems, Vanderlande Industries, TGW Automation. •Operational skills used when planning new processes, warehouse experience helpful to ensure system functionality is well planned. •Candidates must be able to collaborate in a professional manner and be responsible for multiple projects and/or tasks demonstrating high levels of leadership and accountability. Qualifications: •High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred •A strong understanding of logistics interaction between systems, processes, operations, transportation and order management.
