Required Skills: •Underwriting Assistant II, Wholesale Property •Everest is seeking an Underwriting Assistant II to join our U.S. Wholesale Property Operations team. •The position provides operational and technical support to Everest’s Wholesale Property underwriting teams across the commercial property policy lifecycle. The Underwriting Assistant II supports multiple Wholesale Property segments and helps deliver timely, accurate service from submission intake through policy issuance and midterm servicing. •Everest provides customized insurance solutions for complex risks. Within Wholesale Property, Underwriting Operations partners closely with underwriters, brokers, business-process partners, and technology teams to deliver accurate and responsive service while maintaining strong operational controls. •Production Support •Process and service new-business submissions, renewals, bind requests, policy issuance activities, endorsements, cancellations, and other midterm transactions accurately and within established service commitments. •Perform assigned rating, binder preparation, policy booking, policy-document review, issuance, and file-maintenance activities in accordance with approved underwriting instructions and applicable procedures. •Confirm that required underwriting instructions and approvals are documented before completing bind, booking, issuance, or endorsement activities; escalate incomplete, inconsistent, or unclear instructions.
