In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing the UKG Pro WFM instance to meet client-specific needs and improve operational efficiency. •What You'll Get To Do •Configure, implement, test and optimize UKG Pro WFM to align with operational workflows. •Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations to ensure accuracy and alignment with client goals. •Trains end users on the operation of software applications. Develops end user documentation. •Provides ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues. •Engage in dedicated project work. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree Information Systems preferred •MGB can consider and review experience in lieu of a degree •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. •Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff. •Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills. •Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions. •Must be flexible for additional days onsite for meetings in office, as planned and scheduled for business needs •Remote work days require a stable, secure, quiet, compliant work station using MGB provided equipment Compensation: •$75,275 - $109,553 / year •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
