In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing the UKG Pro WFM instance to meet client-specific needs and improve operational efficiency. •What You'll Get To Do •Configure, implement, test and optimize UKG Pro WFM to align with operational workflows. •Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations to ensure accuracy and alignment with client goals. •Trains end users on the operation of software applications. Develops end user documentation. •Provides ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues. •Engage in dedicated project work.
