This position is responsible for processing and assembling various tubing assemblies used in Core and OEM analyzers. •Working under general supervision, the Tubing Assembly Operator I will perform routine assembly operations while working independently and efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to producing high-quality assemblies while consistently meeting established manufacturing schedules. •Perform routine tubing assembly operations for Core and OEM analyzers. •Interface directly with various adhesives and alcohol during assembly processes while following established safety and handling requirements. •Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail throughout all stages of the assembly process to support high product yields and quality outcomes. •UV adhesive dispensing and curing systems •Read, understand, and follow assembly procedures, engineering drawings, verbal instructions, written instructions, and related manufacturing documentation. •Assemble products accurately using small components that require strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills. Qualifications: •High School or Trade School diploma required. •Zero to two years of experience in a manufacturing environment. •Medical device manufacturing experience preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to read, understand, and follow assembly procedures, engineering drawings, verbal instructions, written instructions, and manufacturing documentation. •Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. •Manual dexterity and fine motor skills sufficient to assemble products using small components. •Demonstrated capacity to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment used in tubing assembly processes. •Demonstrated capacity to work with adhesives and alcohol in accordance with applicable safety and handling procedures. •Demonstrated capacity to inspect completed assemblies against established quality and performance requirements. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and efficiently under general supervision.
