Required Skills: •Provide daily trust administration and investment support in a growth-oriented and team-focused and transformational environment •Use trust account/custodian systems to process daily transactions, such as ACM sweeps, post cash receipts and disbursements, print checks and execute tax cost adjustments and transaction reversals •Pay bills for clients and monitor accounts to avoid overdrafts •Actively facilitate and support discretionary distribution process and process client gifts •Assist in the timely and accurate set up of new accounts; input data and monitor the new account process, including but not limited to, processing and tracking free receipts of assets with accurate tax costs; scan documents into the imaging system •Implement and monitor the account closing process to ensure timely account distribution. •Serve as an alternate contact for clients and outside professionals; documents client communications on the contact management system and assist in coordinating proactive communications •Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: •Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
