Hiring: Trust Administrator II Company: Capital First Trust Company Location: Milwaukee, WI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 13:46:48 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office, Wealth Management About the job Required Skills: •Proficiently carry out the responsibilities of a Trust Administrator I. •Provide support and backup – to other teams (i.e., Case Management, Wealth Management, Settlement, Pooled Trusts, and South Dakota operations.) •Process transactions for annuities and other manually maintained assets. •Maintain the accurate value of annuities and other manually maintained assets. •Manage a collection of insurance statements and review policies through life insurance vendor. •Manage PAL files that require plug-ins for access. •Assist with maintaining True Link accounts by opening and closing cards and providing reports monitoring usage risk. •Assist with establishing new brokerage accounts, data feeds, online access, and updating authorized signer information with investment advisors. Qualifications: •Display proficiency using standard office equipment such as a computer, fax, photocopier, scanner, telephone, etc. •Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite of applications. •Demonstrated capacity to understand/learn basic fiduciary and trust administration concepts. •Understands and follows company policies regarding information security including password and multi-factor authentication. •Good time management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to balance competing priorities with little direction. •Regularly update client interactions in CRM database. •Work as a competent member of the team, willingly providing back-up support for co-workers when appropriate and actively supporting group goals. •Demonstrate basic knowledge of the business and the Company. •Exhibit sound judgment and the ability to make reasonable decisions in the absence of direction.
