Hiring: Truck Driver - Local Class A - Penske Logistics Company: Penske Logistics Location: Groveport, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:00:07 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Cargo About the job Experience: •1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years •3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents Required Skills: •Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships •Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages •Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered •Dispatch times range from 8PM-11:59PM •Late model, Penske maintained trucks •Best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety •Equipped with inward and outward facing in-cab cameras helping to ensure safety for all •Paid vacation and holidays day 1 Qualifications: •Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence •Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required •In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency •Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required. •This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.
