Required Skills: •Research and develop trim components including hangtags, labels, jokers, patches, and other small trim packaging elements. •Source new trims and identify alternative vendors to support cost savings through competitive pricing and negotiations. •Maintain quality control standards for bulk trims, including approvals, testing, and compliance with company requirements. •Partner with vendors and factories to resolve quality issues and establish consistent trim standards. •Manage work in progress (WIP) charts and follow Time and Action calendars to ensure development and production timelines are met across multiple divisions. •Collaborate closely with the design team on seasonal trim development, sourcing strategies, and new trim concepts. •Communicate accurate label, trim, and packaging specifications to factories each season to ensure proper execution. •Monitor production requirements and manage trim inventory levels to meet projected demand. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree preferred. •Minimum of 5 years of experience in trim development, sourcing, or production within apparel or related industries. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. •Strong knowledge of fabrics, fibers, yarns, and trim materials. •Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Strong communication and problem solving skills when working with vendors, factories, and internal teams. •Please submit your resume for consideration!
