This is a hands-on position responsible for the accurate and timely execution, monitoring, and reconciliation of a high volume of ACH transactions, wire transfers, and other banking activity •The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with significant daily transaction volume, and understands the importance of strong treasury controls, banking security, fraud prevention, and strict processing deadlines. •This position requires someone who can manage multiple banking activities simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability. •Initiate, review, and process a high volume of domestic ACH transactions and wire transfers. •Monitor daily banking activity across multiple accounts and financial institutions. •Ensure ACH files, wires, transfers, and other treasury transactions are processed accurately and within required banking deadlines. •Perform daily cash positioning and monitor account balances to ensure adequate funding for scheduled disbursements. Qualifications: •High-volume ACH and/or wire transactions •In-depth knowledge of banking processes, transaction controls, and cash management. •Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively under strict daily processing deadlines. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies independently. •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. •Demonstrated capacity to handle confidential financial and banking information with discretion. •Solid functional working knowledge of NACHA rules and ACH processing requirements.
