Required Skills: •Debt and Credit Facility Operations •Manage Nielsen’s revolving credit facility and AR securitization facility. •Oversee borrowing activity and the payment of principal, interest, and fees. •Manage loan rollovers and interest rate selections. •Lead debt covenant compliance reporting. •Coordinate the distribution of financial reports and disclosures to lenders. •Manage monthly AR securitization reporting and support the annual facility audit. •Obtain letters of credit and manage amendments as needed. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or another quantitative discipline. •CFA charter or progress toward CFA charter is a plus. •5–10 years of finance experience, with prior treasury capital markets experience preferred. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to build constructive relationships with leaders and colleagues across the organization. •Strong work ethic, self-motivated work style, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. •Excellent communication and project management skills. •Enabling your best to power a better media future.
