Required Skills: •Lead all day to day field operations for assigned projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification. •Interface directly with the executive team and project management to understand budgets, schedules, and project expectations. •Maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, inspectors, and subcontractors. •Oversee sitework, foundations, structural framing, MEP coordination, interior build?out, and final turnover. •Direct and coordinate all subcontractors, deliveries, manpower planning, and site logistics. •Enforce company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and jobsite compliance at all times. •Conduct daily jobsite meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings. •Review plans, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accurate field execution. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (not required with strong field experience). Compensation: •$90,000 - $130,000 / year •5+ years of commercial superintendent experience running projects over $500K.
