As a Trauma Registrar, your expertise helps ensure the accuracy, integrity, and analysis of trauma data that drives performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and enhanced outcomes for trauma patients. •In return, you'll find a supportive team environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your overall wellbeing. •As a Trauma Registrar, you will serve as a key member of the Trauma Program, managing trauma registry operations and providing the critical data that supports quality improvement, trauma center verification and designation, injury prevention initiatives, and system-wide performance evaluation. •Your work will help identify trends, improve processes, and ensure that trauma patients receive the highest quality care possible. •Abstract and analyze trauma patient data for inclusion in the Trauma Registry •Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for state agencies, regulatory bodies, and trauma organizations Qualifications: •Minimum three years of experience in healthcare or trauma-related services •Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medical record documentation •Excellent attention to detail and data management skills •Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities while meeting productivity and reporting deadlines •Obtain Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS) certification within 18 months of hire •Successful completion of anatomy coursework •Medical Technology education or related healthcare experience Compensation: •Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
