Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across wholesale, retail, and general merchandising sectors. •Exol is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and Softbank. •Network Strategy & Design: Develop and maintain transportation network strategies, optimize transportation flows, evaluate cross-dock footprint and service areas, and build routing and consolidation strategies to improve scalability and performance. •Capacity Planning: Create short- and long-term capacity plans, identify constraints, and model transportation scenarios to support growth and customer expansion. •Network Analytics: Analyze transportation costs, shipment flows, and performance trends; develop business cases and recommendations that support executive decision-making. •Planning Systems & Governance: Define and maintain transportation planning parameters within Manhattan Active TM, establish planning standards, and partner with IT and Continuous Improvement to enhance planning capabilities. •Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with transportation, supply chain, IT, continuous improvement, and operations teams to support scalable and efficient network performance. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
