Use CCTV cameras, congestion info from state and commercial sources, crowdsourcing apps like Google Traffic and Waze, and work with partners like Police and DOT. •Maintenance Dispatch: Dispatch DOT staff and contracted crews for routine and emergency road maintenance like fixing potholes, maintaining traffic signs, electrical traffic control devices, salting, and snow removal. •Road Closures: Proactively monitor road closures and notify DOT staff about any unauthorized closures.
