Required Skills: •Coordinate receipt and shipment of vehicles, equipment, and repair parts turned in by Army units. •Develop and manage shipment schedules to avoid bottlenecks during mass turn-in operations. •Liaise with unit supply personnel, warehouse staff, and drivers to ensure smooth cargo flow. •Prepare and process shipping/receiving documents, including DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 1149, bills of lading, TCMDs, and load plans. •Enter movement data into Army logistics/transportation systems (TC-AIMS II, GCSS-Army, DPAS). •Maintain shipping and receiving logs for audit readiness under ISO 9001:2015 QMS. •Ensure compliance with DTR 4500.9-R, AR 55-355, AR 710-2, and AR 735-5. •Verify proper HAZMAT packaging, marking, and labeling for transportation.
