Required Skills: •Respond to electronic and telephonic inquiries from the local branches. •Process Title, Sales Tax and Registration for new units. •Update the ownership information on the titles as required for current units. •Reconcile invoices and payments to vendors that pertain to the Transportation Administration team. •Communicate with vendors to ensure the correct documentation is received in a timely manner. •Ensure company vehicles are compliant with every State Motor Carrier regulations. •Review monthly payment reports to confirm accuracy. •Ensure all Company Vehicle Registrations are up to date with the correct information listed.
