Qualifications: •Minimum of 7 years of related experience •Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience •Advanced PowerPoint skills, including slide design, data visualization, and storytelling •Expertise with Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis •Expertise with program / portfolio management tooling (e.g., Jira, Planview) and disciplined use of delivery artifacts (roadmaps, RAID, dependency maps, milestone plans) •Demonstrated proficiency developing executive-level materials and narratives •SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Scrum Lead certification or experience is a plus, including hands-on experience facilitating Agile execution, dependency management, and program-level delivery governance. •Demonstrated application of PMI best practices for Complex Program Management, including governance design, benefits realization, cross‑initiative dependency management, and systemic risk management across enterprise programs. •Operational familiarity with project management methodologies including agile, waterfall, hybrid practices and governance models •Enterprise orientation with the ability to align multiple initiatives to strategic objectives and intended business outcomes.
