Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. •Develop and deliver onboarding training for new contractor clients, covering how to submit requests, use Permit Hub, and work with Inspected’s virtual inspection process •Build clear, repeatable training materials — guides, walkthroughs, and FAQs — that reduce the number of basic questions new clients need to ask support •Host live or virtual training sessions for new contractor accounts and answer platform and process questions in real time •Gather feedback from new clients during onboarding and flag recurring confusion points to the Compliance Lead for process or material updates •Train internal positions — including Permit Coordinators, Customer Support Specialists, and other operational roles — on compliance processes, platform tools, and standard operating procedures •Build and maintain internal training materials and onboarding checklists so new hires ramp consistently regardless of who trains them Qualifications: •To perform this job successfully, the individual must meet the following qualifications. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. •High school diploma or GED required; minimum of one year of experience in training, customer service, or customer success •Demonstrated capacity to independently research, analyze, organize, and summarize processes into clear, well-written training materials and documentation •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively within a dynamic environment, collaborating and supporting multiple business units and external clients •Self-starter who works well independently and within a team while managing numerous projects and priorities at once •Demonstrated capacity to interact effectively and professionally with contractor clients and all levels of the internal organization •Highly detail-oriented and organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills •Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as HubSpot •Prior experience building or delivering training programs or onboarding curricula •Operational familiarity with Private Provider or municipal compliance processes Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
