Required Skills: •Conduct front-end instructional analysis to identify training requirements, performance needs, content requirements, and appropriate instructional approaches. •Analyze source documentation, existing curriculum, technical materials, and SME input to support development and revision of Navy training products. •Develop, review, revise, and map learning objectives to applicable training requirements. •Write clear, technically accurate instructional scripts for interactive and web-based training. •Develop detailed storyboards that communicate instructional content, learner interactions, graphics, animations, media, navigation, assessments, and developer instructions. •Collaborate directly with Government SMEs to validate technical accuracy and instructional content. •Facilitate SME reviews and incorporate adjudicated feedback into instructional products. •Ensure instructional products conform to applicable NAVEDTRA standards and Government requirements.
