Hiring: Training Program Manager Company: Vantor Location: Reston, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:00:01 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Program Management, Security Clearance About the job Experience: •6 years’ experience in geophysical technical intelligence (TechINT), processing, exploiting, and analyzing data from multiple sources •2 years) in TechINT analysis training/techniques/tools, producing TechINT exploitation and signature reports, products, and databases, creating data products and support/develop associated systems •10 years of professional experience working in in TechINT, processing, exploiting, and/or analyzing data from multiple sources Required Skills: •Be part of a critical Intelligence Community (IC) Science and Technologies mission providing a government leadership team with subject matter expertise in training program management. •Lead the office's effort to review and revise science and technology career field professional development and training materials, content, and their delivery. •Working closely with counterparts across the IC, DIE, and industry & academia you will help ensure that our customer is staying on the cutting edge of advancements in S&T-based technologies and methodologies. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in geophysics, physics, or an engineering discipline •Significant current experience (i.e., within the last 2 years) in TechINT analysis training/techniques/tools, producing TechINT exploitation and signature reports, products, and databases, creating data products and support/develop associated systems •Significant experience in the development of training materials and professional development requirements •Advanced degree in a STEM discipline or comparable education/teaching degrees •Demonstrated capacity to communicate highly technical analyses at a level comprehensible to laymen and senior-level government representatives •Management of administrative/logistics processes for one of more of the following: training programs, focus groups, events, discussion panels, etc •The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 - $176,000.00 annually.
