Required Skills: •Represent Technical Training in site leadership forums; align shift leaders on training priorities, qualification requirements, and change readiness. •Own training data, skills-matrix, scorecard, and capability assessments—set standards, flag workforce risks, and guide qualification/investment decisions. •Partner with site and shift leaders to secure training capacity and confirm evidence exists before qualification sign-off. •Own the site's training project portfolio (capital, equipment, process changes)—manage plans, milestones, risks, and resource trade-offs. •Set curriculum and instructional design standards; oversee content ownership and quality across Training Specialists. •Own training operations, governance, and records; delegate routine LMS/logistics work to the Training Coordinator. •Lead, coach, and develop Training Specialists and the Coordinator—set goals, hold regular one-on-ones, and address performance early. •Own the site training budget, team capacity, and the Certified Trainer program (selection, certification, quality calibration). Qualifications: •Notify supervision of any repairs or adjustments that are required that may affect product quality or food safety. •Understand, observe, and comply with the handling and usage of the color-coded container policy while in the Production Areas. •Perform all duties necessary to meet Company, Customer and/or Government requirements/standards as prioritized by the Company. •Demonstrated capacity to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the product, processes, quality system, or safety system. •Identify and record any problems relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the ingredients, processes, quality system, or safety system. •Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of Food Safety and Quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. •In the event of absence, another employee with the same skill level will assume the duties and responsibilities as required. •Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, effective day one! •Supplemental health plans (hospital indemnity, accident, and critical illness insurance) •Paid Time Off to recharge and support work-life balance Compensation: •$120,000 - $140,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
