Required Skills: •Develop and implement training strategies aligned with organizational goals and manufacturing operations. •Deliver and coordinate trainings needed for technical skills, compliance, and leadership development. Will occasionally be responsible for designing and facilitating trainings unrelated to technical knowledge. •Determines appropriateness of contracting with outside vendors to accomplish training goals and objectives. •Identify individual and group training needs in partnership with managers. •Maintains a thorough understanding of our company policies, procedures, ISO/AS9100 certification requirements, and training needs. •Manage training records and ensure accurate documentation of employee certifications and qualifications. •Serves as a primary point of contact for employees and managers for training needs, schedules and completion status. •Program Management Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience required. •Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant training and development experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. •Thorough understanding of training processes, methods, and effective evaluation. •Demonstrated capacity to moderate large groups. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills. •Displays a positive, professional, and service-oriented manner at all times. •Must be highly organized and detail oriented with effective time management skills with proven success with prioritizing and addressing multiple demands. •Able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. •Able to effectively communicate, build relationships, and present ideas to meet achieve company training objectives. •Demonstrated capacity to work ethically and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
