Hiring: Training & Engagement Coordinator Company: DO & CO AG Location: Boston, MA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:08:54 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Program Management About the job Experience: •1-2 years’ experience in training, learning and development and/or employee engagement. •Proficiency with learning management systems. •Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred. •Flexibility in schedule, able to accommodate the needs of the business, into early evenings and weekends at times. Required Skills: •Training Design & Delivery •Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions on topics including new employee orientation, leadership development, compliance, and technical skills •Partner cross-functionally with the Learning & Engagement Specialists to assess organizational training needs through leadership, surveys, content intake requests, and performance data and analysis •Maintain local resources including technology assets, e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and interactive materials •In partnership with leadership and the Learning team, implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies and initiatives •Support planning and execution of engagement events, team-building activities, and recognition programs •Conduct engagement surveys and analyze results to identify improvement opportunities •Partner with HR team and leadership to address engagement challenges and drive cultural initiatives Qualifications: •The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. •High level of interpersonal skills throughout the Company team – leaders to frontline employees. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials. •Fluency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communications in both languages. •Excellent organizational skills, time management, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines. •A self-starter with the ability to work independently and confidently on assigned tasks, while maintaining strong task management communication. •Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain a high level of confidentiality. •Demonstrated capacity to travel up to 10%. •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Organization Development preferred.
