Required Skills: •Design and oversee enterprise-wide learning and leadership development programs aligned to business priorities and capability gaps. •Partner with HR Business Partners, leaders, and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and define measurable objectives. •Develop high-quality instructional materials, toolkits, and scalable learning solutions for diverse audiences. •Ensure alignment and consistency across department-led training initiatives and enterprise standards. •Support end-to-end program implementation, including facilitator readiness, materials, and delivery quality. •Coordinate training schedules, communications, and logistics to ensure seamless execution across programs. •Administer and optimize Learning Management System (LMS) usage, including content updates, reporting, and tracking. •Partner cross-functionally with HR and business leaders to embed learning strategies into talent development and performance initiatives.
