Utilize a closed feedback loop to evaluate the effectiveness of training, delivery, and customer experience. •Facilitate learning sessions and workshops. Track attendance, collect feedback, and evaluate training effectiveness using surveys and performance metrics. •Assist with local hiring efforts and the internal and external candidate interview process. •Assist with onboarding and induction of new hires. •Provide hands-on coaching to operators, technicians, and SMEs to improve efficiency and reduce errors. •Create and modify training checklists, work procedures, and single-point lessons. •Manage the tracking of all training, including local and corporate-assigned training programs.
