Qualifications: •P revious experience in inspection work, preferably in a regulated industry such as manufacturing or construction •In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, safety regulations, and inspection procedures. •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences. •Demonstrated ability to develop training materials and facilitate engaging training sessions. •Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for conducting inspections and analyzing data. •Certification or licensure in relevant inspection techniques or methodologies may be preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to travel up to 90% •Operational familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories. •Proficiency in using technology and multimedia tools for creating interactive training materials. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
